Why does it take so long for jewelry with birthstones to be shipped/delivered?

My boyfriends ring came so quick (he only has engravements on his)
but mine is taking forever (over a week and a half) just to be shipped! Mine has birthstones- how come it’s taking so long?

    Maybe your birthstone is a popular one and they didn’t have it in stock. You can always call the company and ask what’s the hold up!

    they do not have it in stock and, they make it after you make the order. that is why it takes over a week and half before they make the delivery. it is normal.

    the ring for your boyfriend is very easy: they have the pc and engravement immediately. they do not have to make a new one!
