After watching a single popparoc46 video, I could draw a better celtic knot than this. After no longer than 5 minutes, anyone can draw a simple celtic knot. The thing in this video looks more like something you’d find jiggling about in a Windows 95 screensaver.

I believe that knot implies that the bands are actually crisscrossing, etc. That’s just twisted up, you could do that with a rubber band.
