I have recently been chosen as the vocalist for my class band and has been asked to perform the song Breathless by the Corrs but I am still having a lot of difficulties catching the tune of the song at the correct pitch especially at the part where it goes “go on, go on come and leave me breathless”. my voice gets very very shaky at that part. is there a way to correct/ improve/ help it? and does anyone by any chance have the vocal notes for this song?

I have been singing pro. for a number of years and while practice helps, practicing incorrectly doesnt. to hit certain note and sounds trying using yor tongue in different ways untill you are happy with the sound. where your tongue is changes the way things are heard.

try to relax your muscles.
and just feel the song.
i used to have a shaky voice
but yes, practice makes perfect…
While you’re singing,
just imagine that you are very
relaxed (esp. your jaws!) and feel the music and
be wild.
It’s not gonna hurt you if you
pretend for once that you are one
of the Corrs and you are in a concert.
those things helped me a lot so just try them
and see if it works for you too..

You don’t have to make the voice as the Corrs. Try to sing it by your own voice I’m sure its very nice… I know that their voice is very hard. But if can try to sing it by your voice…
