Both taurus and libra are ruled by venus and Taurus is an earth sign meaning it has more to do with physical aspects while libra has to do with intellectual aspects being an air sign. I can understand libra rising being the most charming but not the most beautiful.
Also venus is exalted in pisces so maybe pisces rising should be the most beautiful, artistic and creative.

I want to buy a new cross but I don’t know what the ring around it represents. It is not a Celtic cross.
I live in a country full of Pagan monuments of great beauty, also of early Celtic crosses, neolithic standing stones and the like, why whenver a religious building is erected now it must be an eyesore?(like a mega church or a mega mosque)?
Do they have poorer taste now?
