KELTIVAL is a musical and dance production in Irish and Old Celtic manner which took place in Ledena dvorana, Kranj, Slovenia, on the 23rd of April 2011.. On that day, the entire venue was coloured in distinctive green. BEER BELLY is a six-piece band from Kranj, whose music encompasses traditional Irish, Scottish and Celtic culture. In their playing they incorporate well-known traditional tunes, and also lesser-known Irish reels, jigs, Scottish bagpipes and Celtic songs which are couple of centuries old. Their performance is embellished with their own songs and Slovenian folk music, arranged in somewhat particular way. Every now and then they touch upon other European cultures, such as Hungarian, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian, Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian.
