This is gold you just have to watch it! Van with the original “It’s too late to stop now” phrase near the end of Cyprus Avenue. This is not exactly the same performance as on the live “It’s too late to stop now” album but it’s from the same concert tour with the Caledonian Soul Orchestra. This song was originally as a studio recording on the “Astral weeks” album/cd. Riverdance cast for the performance were as principal dancers Maria Buffini and Padraic Moyles and the troupe were Darren Casey, Shona Cobbe, Damian Doherty, Niamh Eustace, Anthony Fallon, Barry John Gallagher, Patricia Henry, Ciara-Lee Jenkinson, Craig Mason, Marcus Maloney, Aoife McDarby, Niamh McDarby, Dane McKiernan, Aisling McVeigh, Laura Minogue, Cal Moran, Lisa Murphy, Caitlin NicGabhann, Carla O’Brien, Niamh O’Connor, Jason O’Neill, Andrew O’Reilly, Anne Toner Also Riverdance fiddle player Niamh Fahy and Uileann Piper John O’Brien joined the RTE orchestra for the performance. The event, organised by Riverdance director John McColgan, film-maker Gerald Heffernan, publisher Norah Casey and event producer Harry Crosbie , also featured acts including Westlife, The Chieftains, the National Symphony Orchestra, X Factor star Mary Byrne and former Eurovision winner Eimear Quinn
how many hours does a Celtic Woman concert last?
I went to the PBS Website but since I don’t know the name, I can’t seem to find it. I search thru all their music dvds for sale. Does anyone know the name of this show or group? I want to get the cd or dvd for my mom for Christmas. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the song is that is on the promo/commercials for the Celtic Woman tour is? I don’t know much of their music but they are very good and I’m thinking of going next week. Thanks for the help!!

Before the Irish Tenors, The Celtic Tenors, Celtic Woman, Riverdance, Celtic Thunder, U2, The Chieftains and so on there was the great John Count McCormack. Widely regarded as one of the greatest singers of the 20th Century his fame stretched to the four corners of the world. But his superstar status and fame would reach its zenith in America where he became a citizen in 1919. Sales of his records reputedly exceed 200m and today his musical legacy is viewed as one of the greatest of the last century.
