Edinburgh: A Cultural and Literary History

hi, i would greatly appreiciate if someone could tell me some CULTURAL HISTORY of IRELAND.

Thanks ;)

My school is having this cultural thing, and we bring foods based on our heritages. I’m irish, scottish, check, and welsh. I really want something delicious – something people will like and want the recipes for, but also something easy and not too pricey to make. Any ideas?
Also – i’m feeding maybe 20-40 people, who each will get a very small sample.
