I’m looking for any free cross stitch patterns that are of celtic knots. Or does any one know of any books or booklets that have celtic knot patterns. Thank you!

Most often, I see the claddagh symbol or ring with two hands encompassing the heart: “With my two hands I give you my heart and crown it with my love.” Is there a different meaning when there are no hands, just knots on either side of the heart?

I’m in the process of designing my own celtic knot tattoo, but I want to put the knot together myself, and I want to know the meanings behind the lines. Does anyone know of a good book or website on the meaning of celtic knots?

Carved Two Celtic Knots Soapstone Box – 4″ x 6″ – From India

I was hoping for some sort of guide where you type in a word and it shows you the knot, or even a dictionary where you look up the knot/meaning.
Most sites I find just give a generic explanation and links to pictures and more generic explanatoins.
I’ve tried http://altreligion.about.com/library/glossary/symbols/bldefscelticknots.htm , it just offers a basic explanation and a small gallery with no real definition of the symbols or knots.

I know there is a lot of Celtic knotts and Stuff out there, can anyone show me or tell me some, and thier meanings.
