We’ll go out and spend all of your blue money…
i am planning a trip from Edinburgh to Inverness, then from Inverness to Oban and then back to Edinburgh. So basically a scenic tour of a bit of Scotland. i am thinking of renting a small 1.0 ltr car to make this happen. How much will it cost me in pounds for petrol to do this trip?
Description from Alfred Reed Publishing: This stellar original work for SSAA chorus features an expressive Celtic-flavored melody to outline the William Blake text. Piano and cello create an atmosphere of their own as the vocal lines intertwine with accompaniment passages for a mystical effect. Very nicely done.
According to the Wikipedia article, 15,000 pounds were spent on the construction of Beaumaris Castle around 1295. I’d like to know what the amounts to in today’s pounds, or even better, Canadian dollars, with references.
Thanks!

I know that they have the Bank of Scotland, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Bank of Clydesdale printing pound notes. Why is this so?
(I know that regular Scottish pounds can’t be used outside of Scotland, but, Scottish pound sterlings can… Is it because only some of the banks print/can print Pound Sterlings?
I may be taking a trip to Ireland and I need to know what the ex-change rate is.
My boyfriend lives in Ireland and I live in the US. We are booking a vacation together and I am booking it with my credit card. We are trying to find a way in which he can send me money now instead of handing me a fist full of cash when he arrives. It would be nice if we didn’t have to worry about a bunch of conversion fees, etc. (Euros to dollars). Are there any services out there that anyone recommends? Suggestions?
ok so im backpacking for two weeks in ireland and im planning on living really cheap, im going to cook my own food in the hostels ect. i’m going to go see a few attractions here and there but im mainly going to experience the culture… i honestly think most of my money will go to pints of guinness lol so with that being said would 1,000 euros be enough for this adventure?
this amount would include shopping and souvineers and lunches. the money is for my school’s social studies trip to england and scotland.
thanks
If they do aren’t they kind of like moochers or free loaders? Living in big castles and golden crowns.
