Celtic Moment

Consonant sounds all have names (i.e. voiced glottal fricative, etc.), and I need to know the name of the consonant that sounds like ch in loch or bach. This is also the way the Ch in Chanukah is supposed to be pronounced.

I have only seen this drawing once in a book and would love to know what it is or where I can view it online. I have done searches as well and am not having any luck…..so I came to you!

Really difficult to answer considering the commoness of that name, but any info would be awesome?

From what region did they typically come from? What were their usual jobs?

I want to know whether this is accurate, and I haven’t been able to find out despite some research of my part. It is Galician from Nw spain but is does the 0 have something to do with being Irish? Galicia has a strong celtic history
