Celtic Moment

I’m writing a book, and have the main character as a siren/selkie. If you don’t know what they are, look it up, please. I’m looking for suggestions on names. I like the names Siren and Selkie just as they are, but I’m also looking for other possibilities, too, like Allure or something. Thanks for your help!

She has dark red hair, dark green eyes, very pale, sickly skin, and is very quiet.

I want to know whether this is accurate, and I haven’t been able to find out despite some research of my part. The article that this information is from didn’t have any sources (Here’s the link to the article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dawn )… which makes me think that someone just made this up.

It is Galician from Nw spain but is does the 0 have something to do with being Irish? Galicia has a strong celtic history

I come from Scotland, my friend lives in Germany,but was brought up in Texas,her middle name is McCleskey.I cant find any clan roots in Scotland.I think the name was altered from McCluskey,can anyone help with further info?

I think it may be different than in real life (history). Does anyone know both of the names? Other info would be great as well. Like how to pronounce both names…
