Celtic Moment

For my best friend for christmas, I am trying to recreate one of my favorite rings for her, because she really loves it. Is there any place that I could send the ring or send pictures of the ring where they could basically make me another model of it that looks EXACTLY like the other one? The only thing that I want to do is change the color of the stone inside of it (claddagh ring).

I have a pair of accent plates (in box, excellent condition all paper work) from the waterford society private collection. This society was disbanded in 2006. I cannot find the value of it. It is the first limited edition of the celtic spiral knot collection.
