Not that I would, I’m just curious about this topic. I’ve heard you can get kicked off your ISP, but can you get a fine? Has it ever happened in Ireland before? And by file sharing I mean torrents, not limewire or kazaa, and just downloading, not uploading.

“Monastic and ecclesiastical reform from Ireland and England created revolutionary changes in the Frankish church and made the Carolingian revolution of the eighth century possible.” Agree or Disagree. Why? This is for a history paper and I have hit a wall. I would like a few others opinions. Thanks!

Assuming the Loch Ness Monster is a plesiosaur and it did exist, would it even be possible for dinosaur to survive in the loch?

Or…should I do canterbury and cliffs of dover and then stay over and see leeds castle on the way back to London the next day?

I have a driving ban imposed in Scotland, and the type of work I am interested in always asks for a licence? Is there any way to appeal and get the ban reduced? Thanks all

My paternal grandparents are full English. They said there was no history of Welsh, Scottish, etc. in our family. Are they sure?

This summer I plan to make a flour using acorns and, if I’m lucky, a flour out of cattail, so I can mix the two to make a good baking flour. But, I would like to do this while maybe out on a camping trip, and don’t want to drag baking soda with me. I want to know if it’s possible to make maybe a bannock or other bread without baking soda, using just flour and water. Bannocks are an old Scottish food, if I’m not mistaken, and I don’t think they used baking soda at that time. Either way, are there any other good ideas that fit this description? Must be very very simple, able to cook over a campfire, able to obtain all ingredients from nature, and while being easier to cook would be great it doesn’t matter too much.

I have to do a thesis paper on an aspect of English History, and I have a bunch of books out on the spanish armada, but I have no idea how to come up with a thesis. Can someone help or give me a specific topic to research? I’ve been brainstorming for weeks and I’m just stuck and now the paper is due wednesday!

In film “Braveheart”, William Wallace played by Mel Gibson dies shouting “Freedom!!”. But considering the concept or term of “freedom” became popular after John Locke and JS Mill, is this historically accurate or possible? I don’t know much about history, so any expert’s opinion would be appreciated.) Thank you in advance.
I am not questioning his historical achievement. My question is about the use of the specific term “freedom” in the film.

I haven’t been given much information to go by, but I’ve been told our colors are yellow, blue, and green. The last name of our Scottish relatives is Conlin and they are from somewhere between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with ties to the St. Andrews area.
