I haven’t been given much information to go by, but I’ve been told our colors are yellow, blue, and green. The last name of our Scottish relatives is Conlin and they are from somewhere between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with ties to the St. Andrews area.

I’m writing a paper and need to find this… I’ve tried looking but the earliest estimated stats that I can find are from around 1990 and I need more like 1700. Anything you can recommend or find is helpful, thanks…

I am going to Europe for 14 days starting in Ireland, stopping off in England, France, Germany, and leaving from Italy. Would it be possible to rent a car in Ireland and drop it in any of these other countries or would it be better to take the train? Something you should know, 4 people would be splitting the cost of the car rental.

Thanks!

I rang the Celtic ticket office and they said that because I am not a season ticket holder I cannot in any way purchase tickets for the official Celtic away section. I have read on a few posts however that you can buy tickets for the official Celtic away section but through Benfica, how do I do this as when i rang Benfica direct I could’nt understand a word and when I went on the Benfica website I translated it to English but the bit I needed for the tickets wud’nt open? If this is not possible where is the best place to buy a ticket for the game, and still be able to cheer and shout for Celtic?

I’m hoping to make a traditional Scottish clootie dumpling but the recipe calls for suet (which is animal fat). In the UK you can get a vegetarian suet – but I’m in Oz at the moment and no one has even heard of suet!!! Does anyone know where I could get a veggie alternative OR does anyone know how I could make it myself or add in an ingredient in its place?

Thanks

Any authentic UK or Scottish recipes out there

I am currently living in Ireland and planning on going to scotland for the summer to live and work. However, my passport has just recently gone out of date. I am applying for a new passport but that can take anywhere up to 5 weeks. That would eat into the first month I had planned to spend in Scotland.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
