I’m asking because I read somewhere that in Celtic Mythology there was a character called Shiva, who was a woman built from ice or at least Ice based wanted to know if it was true. I’m aware of Hinduism’s Shiva but not the Celtic one.

and how much are they supposed to be ?
are they rare and where are they found?

I’m getting my mother a necklace with the birthstones of my family, mother/father/two sons. Are the birthstones supposed to be organized in any particular order?
