I have a bottle of Seagram’s VO Canadian whisky. I would like to know how long it can be aged for, and if there is a limit on aging. Or if it should be aged at all. Any information will be appreciated.

I’ve heard people say that the longer you keep whisky as long as it’s out of heat and sunlight, the better it gets. But some people I know have said it doesn’t, in fact it should be drank within a year.
Also, someone told me to try brushing my teeth then using whisky as a mouthwash, and swallowing. What will happen?
