    What episode is 1:46

  • Miz J:

Because her father was blonde as a baby, then grew up into a redhead, just as Elizabeth herself did. (Please remember that the real Henry had very little physical resemblance to JRD. Besides the red hair and fair skin, he was built like a linebacker, even when he was young and fit.)

It’s hard to explain, but it boils down to Anne’s tempermental unfitness to be a Queen and the fact that she couldn’t give Henry a son. If she’d given him a son, it wouldn’t have mattered, Henry would never have had her executed. Anne seems to have been the great passion of Henry’s life and that’s what makes their story so tragic.

  • KateMcT:

when Katherine Howard WAS found to have committed adultery, so Karma got her back for her treachery. Anne had many good qualities, but she couldn’t make the transition from mistress to Queen. Though if she’d had a healthy son, Henry wouldn’t have had her executed, no matter what she did. It was a tragedy.

  • KateMcT:

She didn’t. There is no evidence that Anne cheated on Henry. The accusations were cooked up by Cromwell to get rid of her for the King so he could marry Jane Seymour without another divorce. What Cromwell did was take Anne’s flirtatious nature and her close relationship with her brother and blew it up into adultery. He was helped by Lady Rochford, Anne’s sister-in-law, who was jealous of her husband’s closeness to Anne. Coincidentally, Lady Rochford was executed with Katherine Howard TBC

Yeah, I don’t know if this video is any good either.

    Well, actually I do.

  • nelli Kay:

Lovely video! As Natalie Dormer said in an interview, there is a very thin line between love and hate when there’s so much passion. Personally, i do believe that Henry loved her, he just was immature and couldn’t handle her. Sorry, Katharine of Aragon… Anne Boleyn won! 😉

You probably all know that Henry is supposed to have written Greensleeves , but that has been proven to not be true! Too bad , it’s a great piece.

  • Paige Thompson:

If Henry really loved Anne like people claim he wouldn’t have killed her. Second KOA did stand up to Henry as well but in a different way. A way that saved her neck. Also Henry was uneasy around KOA because she came from a family who had more power than his.

  • Brittney Taylor:

OMG GREAT VIDEO! I LOVE HOW YOU ENDED IT!!!!!!

  • MyConniee:

I think he really did love her because then why would he be with her for so long? But he really thought in his crazy mind she has to die so God could send him a son. anne wasnt able to give him.

  • screwage1:

how come Elizabeth was blonde as a baby? o.O

  • breeship:

I’m sure at one point Henry did have strong strong feelings for Anne, let’s try and remember she rejected him, he had never been rejected, she manipulated him and sure she did most definitely fall in love with him, he was bored of her though and moved on ad the get rid of her he accused her of adultery. He may not have ever loved her, in the REAL story, just listed for her
